PROCESSING TIMES

Pre-order items will take longer to ship to you due to the production and shipping times. Pre-order production times vary and will be communicated and updated through social media. If you wish to receive non pre-order items faster, place a separate order for those.

❗️ Please note that pre-order items are non-refundable, so keep that in mind when ordering!

I drop non-pre-order orders at the post office weekly. I'll always try to ship your order as soon as possible but please consider I am still human with other real-life responsibilities.

SHIPPING

If your order contains pre-order items, please be aware that it will not be shipped out until all items have been produced.

If I find out there are unexpected shipping limitations to your country, I will contact you and give you the option to cancel/refund or hold your order until shipping becomes available again.

Regular items such as pins, keychains and standees will be shipped with a regular postal service with a tracking number. Only exceptions will be the plushies and prints that are shipped with registered mail (requires signature on arrival) and no-tracking shipping, respectively.

Sticker and Print Mail:

This is for sticker-only and/or Print-only orders. Since they’re lightweight items I want to avoid overly expensive shipping and offer more flexibility, however, the only affordable option is standard not tracked shipping.

❗️If purchased with other items you'll get a tracking code regardless from the other things you purchased. But if you want your sticker/print orders to be shipped with tracking, please add "Tracking (Prints & Stickers)" to your cart.

Note: Considering the tracking is an optional feature, upon buying the items with normal non-tracking mail you acknowledge and accept that it is not the store's responsibility if a package gets lost.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

Vary from country to country but you can expect these:

EU: 1-2 weeks
UK: 1-3 weeks
US: 1-3 weeks
Everywhere else: 1-3 weeks


Note: these are estimated shipping times and do not include customs clearance time.

‼️ Tracked US orders:

Tracking numbers for US orders will only be updated up until the package leaves the origin country. This is due to the US postal services (USPS) changing the code/number upon entering the US and not sharing that information with my local postal services. If you don't receive a notification with the new domestic tracking number, be sure to ask your local postal offices for it, if possible.
With this said, any issues with the delivery of your order shall be resolved with your local postal services as my postal services and I have no access to it. I apologize in advance for the trouble and inconvenience.

While this does end up making the tracked feature redundant, it still makes the package arrive faster, regardless if the code is updating or not!

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

You are responsible for any and all customs or import fees that may apply. Said fees and delays due to customs are not the shop's responsibility.

Also, please consider that once your order arrives at your country (apart from the US – see “Tracked US orders” above), most issues regarding the status of your order will have to be dealt with your local post. However, please do contact me to see if I can help in any way from this side.

If your order was severely damaged or an item is missing, please contact me and we will figure something out!

WRONG ADDRESSES AND RETURNED ORDERS

If the wrong address is provided, and an order is unable to reach its final destination, or for any other reason, the order is sent back, you will be contacted about the issue so it can be discussed.

 DATA HANDLING AND PROTECTION

The customers information (provided when placing an order) will solely be used to process orders and, if needed, as a way of contact regarding the orders. All the information provided is private, and will only be used up until an order is fully fulfilled.
